RN – Operating Room (OB/GYN Focus) | 12-Hour Nights
Sharp Mary Birch Hospital for Women & Newborns – San Diego, CA
Sharp Mary Birch, a premier women’s specialty hospital, is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN for night shift. This role is strictly OR-based and requires strong experience in OB/GYN and Labor & Delivery surgical procedures, including C-sections, hysterectomies, and other women’s health cases.
The RN will provide perioperative care using the nursing process to ensure safe, therapeutic, and efficient surgical outcomes while collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
Active CA RN license, BLS/CPR, NRP (required prior to start), OR questionnaire required.
Minimum 3 years recent RN experience and 2 years recent specialty experience with OB/GYN surgical focus.
No call. Candidates must be confident in women’s surgical services within a high-acuity OR setting.
