13 weeks // 5x8 Days
8hr days; 8a-4:40p (no on-call)

Candidate will go through our Clinical IVS team
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Other information: High School Diploma or equivalent Certifications: Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) OR Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COA)
Minimum 3yrs experience required
Very busy outpatient clinic
Manual Refractions Required
Adults only

Submission Requirements:
Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) or COA
Up to date resume with minimum 3yrs recent experience at Ophthalmic tech
2 supervisor references
