Description
Submission Requirements
- At least 2 years of previous Cath lab experience [required]
- At least 1 travel contract completed [required]
- epic experience [preferred]
- RT/ARRT or RCIS [required]
equipment used Impella, IABP, Shockwave, Penumbra, EKOS, 3D mapping systems, stimulation systems
Profile should include
· Driver’s License [required]
· Work history/resume [required]
· Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date) [required]
· License verification [required]
· Copy of required certifications
· References - 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission [required]
**Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility. **
Unless Madison where they will accept local with a 10% rate reduction.
