Description
UNIT DETAILS: These positions will be hospital float pool staff and will be expected to float throughout the hospital including the Emergency Department
WEEKEND: Every Other
FLOATING: Within facility/scope of practice as needed
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years - Unit accepts first time travelers

ACLS, BLS

Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response
Management of dysrhythmias
IV therapy
Arterial line management
Central line care/management
Starting and maintaining IVs
Medications
Titrate Cardiac drips
Titrate Vasoactive drips
Respiratory/Thoracic
Assist with management of BiPAP
BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance
Care of Ventilated Patient
Suctioning (ETT, NT)
