Compensation Package

Hourly Pay: $23.64/hr
Weekly Taxable Pay: $945.60

Weekly Stipends:

• Housing: $770.00/week
• Meals & Incidentals: $476.00/week

OT Rate: $35.46/hr
OT Rate After 40 Hours: $40.00/hr

Total Weekly Gross Pay: $2,191.60

Bayonet Point Hospital is a 290-bed facility seeking experienced RN Case Managers to support its busy Case Management department. The unit handles patient assessments, discharge planning, care coordination, and interdisciplinary communication.

Unit Details

• Total Beds in Facility: 290
• Full CM Staffing Need: 12–13 RN Case Managers for full coverage
• Shifts:
  • Day Shift Only: 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week
  • No Nights
• Ratios:
  • RN CM: 1:25 on floors, 1:20 in UC units
  • Social Worker: 1:30 ICU, 1:40 floors

Assignment Details

• Role: RN Case Manager
• Weekly Schedule: 5×8s
• Shift: Days
• Floating: As needed within CM scope
• Contract Length: (Typically 13 weeks unless otherwise noted)
• Required Experience: Hospital or Case Management background

Role Responsibilities

RN Case Managers on this team will perform:

• Patient assessments
• Evaluations
• Discharge planning with patients & families
• Coordination with interdisciplinary teams
• Leading or assisting in MDR (multidisciplinary rounds)
• Communication with external providers
• Safe, efficient discharge workflow

Required Skills

Must Have (no exceptions):

• Hospital case management experience
  OR
• Experience in acute hospital case management

Preferred (strongly considered first):

• MIDAS experience
• InterQual familiarity
• Meditech experience
• Acute hospital case management background
