Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry (6 North)

Position Overview

Seeking experienced Telemetry RNs for the 6 North Tele unit. Candidates must be confident in cardiac monitoring, rhythm interpretation, and acute patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Requirements

✔ Active California RN license
✔ BLS, HS-BLS, or RQI BLS (Required)
✔ ACLS or HeartCode ACLS (Required)
✔ Hospital Fire & Life Safety (HLFS) certification (Required)
✔ Telemetry experience required

Responsibilities

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
Administer cardiac medications and IV therapies
Perform focused cardiac assessments
Recognize and respond to rhythm changes and emergencies
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
