Compensation Package

Hourly Pay: $24.71/hr
Weekly Taxable Pay: $1,186.08

Weekly Stipends:

• Housing: $798.00/week
• Meals & Incidentals: $560.00/week

OT Rate: $37.07/hr
OT Rate After 40 Hours: $40.00/hr

Total Weekly Gross Pay: $2,544.08

Position Overview

DCH Health System is seeking an experienced Dialysis RN who is confident working in both inpatient and outpatient dialysis settings. This role requires flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical judgment. Travelers must be willing to float to multiple locations and work weekends and holiday rotations.

Assignment Details

• Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week accepted
• Weekends: Every other weekend
• Holidays: Required
• Floating: Must float to other units and to other DCH hospitals
• Shifts: Vary by location (details below)

Dialysis Ratios

• RN : Patient — 1:2
• RN + CCHT : Patient — 1:3

Equipment Used

• Fresenius dialysis machines
• Gambro (as needed)

Required Experience

Must Have:

• Minimum 2 years RN experience
• At least 1 year recent dialysis experience
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Required Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Required Certifications

• AHA BLS or Red Cross BLS

Required License

• Active Alabama RN license OR Compact RN license
• No temporary licenses accepted
• Must be active/verified in NURSYS
