PAY:

Traveler Pay: $2254 weekly ($21 on w2 + $1246 Stipend) for 48 hours.

JOB DETAILS:

• Position - Respiratory Therapist
• Location - 3333 Silas Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem, NC 27103, United States
• Duration - 13 weeks contract
• Shift - 4x12 hours Night (18:45 - 07:15)
• Work Location - On Location

Ability to commute/relocate: Winston-Salem, NC 27103: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work.

REQUIREMENT:

• 2+ years of experience required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP
• RRT, NC State License

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients in ER, Adult ICU, Med/Surg, and ICU/Stepdown units.
• Perform advanced airway management, including emergency airway support and intubation assistance.
• Manage and monitor mechanical ventilators, including conventional ventilation and heated high-flow therapy.
• Administer prescribed respiratory medications and aerosol therapies accurately and safely.
• Perform and interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs) and adjust therapy based on clinical findings.
• Deliver and monitor oxygen therapy, including nasal cannula, masks, BiPAP, CPAP, and high-flow systems.
• Provide airway clearance therapies such as suctioning, pulmonary toileting, vest therapy, MetaNeb, PAP therapy, and nebulizer treatments.
