Job Description

• Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM, every 3rd weekend; no on-call requirements
• Patient Care:

  • Care for vent-dependent patients and IV drips
  • Recoveries after hours occasionally
  • May be asked to float to Medical-Surgical telemetry (ratio 6:1)
• Patient Ratios:

  • 3:1 or 2:1 depending on the type of patient
• Unit Capacity: 14 beds
• Monthly Department Volume: 181

Requirements

• Valid RN license in Indiana
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
