Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (OR)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of Operating Room experience for an urgent opening. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong critical thinking skills, and delivers exceptional patient-centered care in high-acuity situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients in emergency situations
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Perform rapid patient assessments and document findings accurately
• Assist with emergency procedures and trauma cases
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide patient and family education during high-stress situations
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license (state-specific or compact license if applicable)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience
• Current BLS certification (AHA required)
• ACLS required
• PALS and TNCC preferred
• Strong IV skills and experience with trauma and critical care cases
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
