Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER)

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse for a fast-paced Emergency Department. Candidates must have strong clinical judgment, multitasking ability, and confidence managing high-acuity patients.

Cerner experience is required.

Requirements

✔ Active California RN license
✔ Minimum 2+ years ER experience
✔ Cerner charting experience (required)
✔ BLS / CPR (AHA, HS-BLS, or RQI BLS accepted)
✔ ACLS (AHA, HS-ACLS, or RQI ACLS accepted)
✔ PALS (AHA, HS-PALS, or RQI PALS accepted)

Responsibilities

Perform rapid triage and emergency assessments
Initiate IV access and administer emergency medications
Manage cardiac, trauma, respiratory, and pediatric emergencies
Interpret EKGs and monitor cardiac rhythms
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team
Accurately document in Cerner EMR
