Description

MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST 3-6 MONTH CONTRACT

LOCATION: FORT MYERS FL

PAY $38-43/HR TUESDAY-SATURDAY 6AM-2:30PM

***NO RELO AND NO STIPEND PROVIDED***

Must Haves:

Pass drug test including Nicotine
Bachelors degree
Medical Technologist Florida State License
Laboratory license - ASCP(preferred) or AMT or AAB

Day to Day:

Responsible for daily specimen processing in the designated laboratory, including technical and non-technical duties.
Communicates with staff physicians and other staff employees regarding patient’s specimen.
Works with management personnel to ensure efficient and technically correct systems and procedures in the laboratory that includes QA/QC of reagents, instrumentation, proficiency testing, etc.
