🏥 Facility Overview

• 25-bed Critical Access / Level III Trauma Center
• Teaching hospital
• Daily census: ~15 patients
• Charting: Epic
• ED physician in-house at all times
• On-call pharmacy overnight
• No cath lab, IR, or neurosurgery
• Services include general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN (~350 births/year), ENT, podiatry, wound care, endoscopy

🕒 Schedule

• 3x12s – Days (0700–1900) or Nights (1900–0700)
• Variable weekends (typically every 3rd, occasionally every other)
• No block scheduling
• No call required
• 48 hours not approved

💼 Role Expectations

• Oversees nursing care across all inpatient units
• Responds to hospital-wide clinical situations
• Bed management & admissions
• Rapid Response & Code Management
• Crisis intervention & de-escalation
• May float based on facility needs
• Must be comfortable mixing antibiotics and basic pressors (non-premix)

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years RN experience
• Prior House Supervisor experience strongly preferred
• Travel experience required
• ED or ICU background required
• Epic experience required

Certifications:

• BLS (Required)
• ACLS (Required)
• PALS (Highly preferred)
• NRP (Preferred)
