EUBANK CLINIC

shift is M-F 5x8s

Types of Cases REQ: 40-50 patients per day; Perform ultrasounds applicable to Maternal Fetal Medicine practice, including First Trimester, Nuchal Translucency, Detailed Anatomy, second and third trimester scans, Bio Physical Profile, Transvaginal exams, MCA/UA Dopplers, and Fetal Echo exams, and nonpregnant GYN exams.

Certs REQ: ARDMS OB/GYN, ARDMS, BLS, NM State License

BLS REQ: yes

Is on-call REQ? No

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? yes, the location is the Eubank clinic or will work at the Main WUS.

RTO Restrictions: Greater than 7 days needs approval.

Special Requirements: OBGYN, High risk Obstetrics, Nuchal Translucency, Amniocentesis, Maternal Fetal Medicine
