This role is ideal for someone who excels in group facilitation and enjoys a structured, collaborative clinical environment. A very small individual caseload (0–5 clients) may be assigned.Schedule:<ul><li>Monday-Friday</li><li>8:30am–5:00pm</li></ul>What You'll Do:<ul><li>Lead daily therapeutic, educational, and process groups (primary duty).</li><li>Maintain group curriculum and documentation.</li><li>Provide minimal individual counseling as needed.</li><li>Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.</li><li>Support client engagement, safety, and progress.</li></ul>What You'll Bring:<ul><li>Active CSAC in the state of Wisconsin (required).</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>1+ year experience working with individuals with substance use disorders.</li><li>Valid WI Driver’s License.</li><li>Ability to pass background checks and drug screen.</li><li>CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).</li></ul>
