Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist  Job DescriptionAs a skilled nursing facility physical therapist, you'll provide PT services to help patients regain their health and mobility. Working at a skilled nursing facility, you'll assess patients' mobility, strength and function, develop treatment plans, maintain records and provide patient and family education.
