Job Requirements

Education:

Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Licensure:

Current Maine Registered Nurse license or compact state RN license

Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS) — current or obtained within 30 days of hire
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) — current or obtained within 90 days of hire
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) — current or obtained within 1 year of hire

Experience:

1–3 years of clinical nursing experience preferred

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset
Critical thinking and sound clinical judgment
Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
