Physical Therapist (PT) – Concord, NH | Day Shift | Travel Contract
Start Date: March 23 | Monday–Friday Schedule

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join a collaborative care team providing high-quality rehabilitation services in an acute care environment. Ideal for clinicians passionate about patient-centered recovery and interdisciplinary teamwork.

🕒 Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Day Shift | Consistent weekday schedule

✅ Requirements

• Active New Hampshire PT License or Compact License
• Candidates willing to obtain a temporary license will be considered
• Strong clinical evaluation and documentation experience
• Ability to work across multiple patient care areas as needed

🩺 Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and re-evaluations in accordance with licensure and department standards
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
• Review provider orders and interpret relevant medical information, lab values, and vital signs
• Administer standardized assessments, tests, and outcome measurement tools
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient recovery and care planning
