Description

CASE MANAGER FLOAT ** MUST HAVE RECENT ACUTE CARE HOSPITAL CASE MGMT EXP ** !!

Will float between both campuses, they are 8 miles apart

Will work EOW or a set rotation... the set rotation is working EVERY Tues-Sat

8 hour days (0800-1630)

REQUIRED : Active CA license Must have 2+ years experience in an acute care hospital PREFERRED : previous travel and EPIC exp
