Position Overview
Princeton is seeking a skilled MICU Travel RN to join their team. This 12‑bed Medical ICU cares for high‑acuity patients, primarily those with respiratory failure, renal failure, diabetes complications, and ventilator dependency. Nurses must be confident with critical care interventions, pressor management, ventilator management, and caring for complex ICU populations. This is a supportive environment with collaborative clinical teams and strong interdisciplinary communication.

- Float Requirements: All ICUs + ED for ICU holds

Minimum Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- Strong experience with pressor and ventilator management
- Certifications Required:
- BLS
- ACLS
- Technical Skills:
- Pressor titration
- Ventilator management
- Sedation management
- Emergency response
- Critical thinking in high-acuity situations
Preferred Experience
- Medical ICU (MICU) background
- CRRT experience
- Advanced sedation management
Shift & Schedule
- Shift: 1830–0700 (Nights)
- Hours: 36 hrs/week guaranteed
- Weekends: Every 3rd weekend (or more depending on staffing needs)
