Position: License Clinical Social Worker Substance Use and Behavioral Health

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday (one weekend shift required)
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role:
The Counselor I will support clients in their recovery journey from substance use disorders, behavioral challenges, and co-occurring issues. The role involves conducting assessments, facilitating group and family sessions, supporting treatment planning, and providing crisis intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate group and family therapy sessions.
• Document client progress and update care plans accordingly.
• Provide crisis intervention and assist with aftercare planning.
• Collaborate with referral sources, insurance providers, and care teams.
• Deliver education to clients, families, and the community on recovery and health topics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in social or health services (required).
• Counseling internship/practicum experience (required).
• Acceptable Licenses: LCSW, LPC, or equivalent, with experience in addiction recovery.
• Preferred: PA state licensure, but out-of-state licenses will be considered.
