Required Skills:

• Valid and active Occupational Therapist license for Texas
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience
• Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in a long-term care or nursing home setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Bilingual abilities are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Prior experience in a similar facility is advantageous
• Knowledge of current best practices and applicable state regulations

Other Requirements:

• Availability for a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Ability to start ASAP
• Professionalism and flexibility to adapt to facility needs
