Description
Experience
- 2 years clinical interventional imaging experience
- Strong inpatient experience
- Trauma Level II experience required
- Acute care experience within the last 3 years (hard requirement)
Education
- Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology
License
- Wisconsin Radiographer license (in hand at submittal)
Certifications
- ARRT (R) – Required
- ARRT (VI) – Highly preferred
- BLS (AHA)
Skills Required
Must be comfortable with:
- Interventional Radiology procedures
- Fluoroscopy
- CT
- Ultrasound
- Central line placements
- Chest tubes
- Paracentesis / Thoracentesis
- IVC filters
- Embolizations
- TIPS
- Sterile technique
- PACS
- Equipment setup & site prep
- PPE/Isolation protocols
Telemetry Testing Requirement (Pass/Fail)
- 100% identification of lethal rhythms (VFib, VTach, Asystole)
- No incorrect answers on 3rd degree heart block
- 80% minimum passing score
- Only 2 attempts before contract risk
⭐ Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Neuro / Stroke experience
- Trauma Level I
- Charge experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Siemens equipment experience
- Epic charting experience
