Description
We are seeking flexible and dedicated nursing faculty to provide clinical instruction during weekday and weekend rotations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, professional communication, and a passion for student success. Responsibilities includes:
- Demonstrate and explain clinical skills accurately while maintaining safe, evidence-based practices.
- Provide direct supervision and guidance to students in clinical settings.
- Confidently answer student questions and reinforce critical thinking and clinical judgment.
- Facilitate simulations, case studies, and hands-on learning experiences to strengthen clinical competence.
- Deliver hands-on training in a variety of clinical procedures, techniques, and processes.
- Promote a supportive and engaging learning environment that reflects professional nursing standards.
6:45am-7pm, 3 shifts (includes some Saturday and Sundays)
