Description

Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Location: Stockton, CA
Pay: $3,282/week
Contract: 03/30/2026 – 13 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift | 40 Hours/Week

We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Stockton, California. This opportunity offers consistent weekday scheduling and the chance to work with advanced imaging equipment in a nuclear cardiology setting.

Position Details:

Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Tech
Shift Options:
- 6:15 AM – 3:30 PM
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Schedule: 5 x 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week)
No weekends or holidays required
Start Date: March 30, 2026

Responsibilities:

Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures for diagnostic evaluation
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals according to safety guidelines
Start and maintain IV access for imaging procedures
Operate and maintain nuclear imaging equipment
Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of radioactive materials
Transfer and document imaging data for physician interpretation
Provide patient-centered care for adult and geriatric populations

Requirements:

1–2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience
BLS Certification
NMT, RHN, or ARRT (N) certification required
Experience with nuclear cardiology procedures preferred
Experience with GE or Siemens equipment preferred
Ability to start and maintain IVs
