Evening/Nights 8 hour Rotating shifts.  LONG TERM CARE UNIT: The Long-Term Care unit here at OSCI is very similar to a nursing home. There are some minimal differences that the RNs will be oriented to during their training. The positions are 8 hour shifts every other weekend. On days and pms there is one nurse and 2 CNAs per shift. On nights there is one nurse and one CNA. Having long term care experience would be beneficial for the nurse, but not required.
