Job Title: Registered Nurse – PICU
Location: Phoenix, AZ - 85016
Shift: Both day and night shift available
Shift Lengths: 12 hours
Pay - $2500 to $2900
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Critical Care Float Pool at a leading children’s hospital in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, the RN will provide high-quality patient care while floating between critical care units including PICU, CVICU, and NICU across the Main Campus and Arrowhead locations.
RN01
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide critical care to pediatric patients in PICU
- Monitor and assess patient condition and vitals
- Administer medications and treatments per orders
- Collaborate with healthcare team on care plans
- Document patient care accurately in EMR
- Respond to emergencies and code situations
- Float to NICU and CVICU as needed
- Educate and support patients and families
Certifications Required:
- Current RN license in the State of Arizona or a compact state with multistate privileges
- AHA - BLS, PALS
- NRP
