Job Details:

Job Title: LPN/LVN Dialysis
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day

Weekly hours: 40

Requirements:

Minimum 1year of Dialysis experience.
Must have LPN/LVN license
Must have BLS.

Responsibility:

Provide direct patient care for individuals undergoing hemodialysis, including monitoring vital signs and assessing patient condition before, during, and after treatment.
Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of dialysis machines while ensuring adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
Monitor vascular access sites (AV fistula, graft, or catheter) for complications and report any abnormalities promptly.
Maintain accurate patient records, document treatment details, and communicate patient status with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
