Job Details:

Job Title: LPN/LVN Dialysis
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 13 weeks 
Shift: Day

Weekly hours: 40

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1year of Dialysis experience.
  • Must have LPN/LVN license
  • Must have BLS.

 

Responsibility:

  • Provide direct patient care for individuals undergoing hemodialysis, including monitoring vital signs and assessing patient condition before, during, and after treatment.
  • Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of dialysis machines while ensuring adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
  • Monitor vascular access sites (AV fistula, graft, or catheter) for complications and report any abnormalities promptly.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, document treatment details, and communicate patient status with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
