Role Overview

Baptist Health Brookwood Hospital is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with a focus on Neuro and Spine procedures. This role supports a high‑acuity surgical environment with 1:1 patient ratios and requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate closely with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams.

Assignment Details

Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
Specialty: Neuro / Spine OR
Shift: 4×10‑hour shifts, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Weekend Requirement: None
Call Requirement: Required; varies by assigned surgical team and discussed during interview
Float Requirement: May float within a 25‑mile radius of the home campus
Experience Required: 2+ years OR experience

Certifications

BLS – Basic Life Support (AHA)
ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (AHA)
