We're currently seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to support elementary and junior high students for a LOA this Spring in the La Grange Park, IL area.

Qualifications: 

• Specific Degree- Master's Degree in Psychology
• Specific license- PEL with the school psychology endorsement

Role Overview:
A School Psychologist assists students with academic, social, and emotional well-being and works with students and families to promote student success.  The School Psychologist is a critical member of the IEP team and is relied upon to provide insight and guidance to the team regarding student academic and behavioral functioning.

Job Details:   

• Schedule: Daily hour are M, T, Th, F 8:00-3:30, and W 8:30-2:30 for students
• Dates: Immediate need to work through the end of the school year.
• Setting: School
• In-person/hybrid 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Administering diagnostic and curriculum-based assessments
• Using intelligence and academic performance testing to determine student diagnoses and recommendations for specialized services
• Observing students in various academic and social settings to gain insight and data into students' overall functioning in school
• Providing consultative psychology services to parents and school staff as described in the IEP
