Position: MICU / CCU RN Shift: Night 3x12 hours (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Schedule: Every other weekend | Holidays as needed Call: None Float: May float to similar ICU units Experience: 3+ years ICU experience required 5 years preferred CCRN highly preferred Required Skills: High-acuity critical care (CCRN-level) Mechanical ventilation Complex vasopressors Sedation & paralytics management Arterial lines & Swan-Ganz Central line management & strong IV access Chest tubes Phlebotomy & ABG collection Bladder management / straight catheterization CRRT Preferred Skills: Impella Balloon Pump NextStage Additional Info: Schedule based on unit needs Block scheduling or special requests cannot be guaranteed.
