Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care (LTC)
Start Date: ASAP / Urgent Need

Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long Term Care (LTC) facility. The RN will provide skilled nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate is experienced in geriatric care, medication management, and supervising support staff in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
• Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs
• Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license (state-specific or compact license if applicable)
• LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Schedule & Compensation:

• Day, evening, and night shifts available
• Weekend rotation may be required
