One week M-F the other week M-Thurs. Primarily 0800-1630 and one day a pay period 0600-1430
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION: - Last four (4) digits of clinician's SSN - Clinician's middle initial - Requested time off - Your candidate understands OSF is a Drug-Free Campus and they must produce a negative drug screen for all panels - General Certification Requirements: BLS - Certs/ARRT & other specialty certification requirements: ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT - Will they have to float/cover any other areas?: No - Experience or 'Must have' skills: 1 year experience preferred - EMR &/or PACS they use: Cerner and will be switching to EPIC on 4/1 - Department Specific Equipment: Siemens Altea - Do they use RRA's (Registered Radiology Assistants)?: No - Do they have to start IV's?: Yes if possible, not a deal breaker if they can't - Shifts & Scheduling: One week M-F the other week M-Thurs. Primarily 0800-1630 and one day a pay period 0600-1430 - Weekend Requirements: None - Holiday Requirements: None - Call or Standby requirement?: None - Scrub Color/Dress Code: None - Department specific orientation: Done on first day
