Schedule: Full-Time | 5×8 Day Shift

Education & Work Experience

Required:

Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy

Preferred:

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
One (1) year of technical pharmacy experience
Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience

Licenses & Certifications

Required:

Active Pharmacist License in the state of practice (California)
All licensures and certifications required to fulfill the duties of a Pharmacist at the state level

Facility-Specific Certifications (Required):

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or HeartCode ACLS (HACLS) or Healthstream ACLS (HS-ACLS)
Basic Life Support (BLS) or HeartCode BLS (HBLS) or Healthstream BLS (HS-BLS)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or HeartCode PALS (HPALS) or Healthstream PALS (HS-PALS)
