Description

Custom Healthcare Solutions is seeking skilled and experienced Psych Registered Nurses (RNs) for an exciting opportunity near San Angelo , TX!

Details:

  • Contract: 6 months
  • Pay Rate: $48/hour-$51/hour depending on experience
  • Hours: 40 hours/week
  • Shift: 7a-7p x3 with 1 4hr shift 7a-11a or 3p-7p
  • Start Date: 4/14/26
  • Administers medications, immunizations, and treatment and observes individuals for unusual symptoms and reactions.
  • Conducts physical assessments of individual health needs and implements appropriate action.
  • Implements and monitors acute care plans and manages chronic healthcare plans.
  • Instructs and assists individuals in meeting their health care needs.
  • Prepares, maintains, and reviews individual records and individual assessments.
Requirements: TX RN License BLS Certification 1-year recent Psych experience required 1+ years as a direct care nurse Apply today for immediate consideration!
