Description

Shift: Days
- Monday-Friday 830-5, possible weekend rotation based on operational need. 40 hours of week.

They are open 7 days. Weekend is 7am - 3:30pm

Must have EPIC experience is a must, preferably in Ambulatory setting, Strong triage skills, Experience caring for adults in healthcare setting, Technology savvy

Ability to type and triage at the same time
Excellent communication skills/customer service
Growth mindset (Ready to learn)
Must be ok with sedentary and repetitive assignment
The department addresses patient generated messages and emails on behalf of the PCP.
The RN is responsible to triage patients with new or worsening symptoms and then determine a disposition based on the triage.
The emails / Calls that they are receiving. The calls are routed to this facility from the call center.
They have questions that they need to ask each person that calls.
Candidate has to have very good triage skills.
Mostly adult primary care calls / emails.
