Physical Therapist – Travel Contract

Department: Rehabilitation
Facility: Samaritan Health Services
Duration: 13 Weeks

Requirements

Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy License required
BLS (Healthcare Provider Level) certification required
Ability to travel to multiple points of care

Additional Details

Outpatient experience preferred
New grads: Not accepted
First-time travelers: Not accepted
PTA: Not accepted
Float to other clinics: No
Patient Population: General Outpatient
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours (expectation to work up to 40 hours)
Overtime: Must be approved by the director before working
