Position Details

Job Title: Cath Lab Tech (Radiology / Cardiology)
Facility Name: UW Health University Hospital
Unit: Cardiovascular Lab – Cardiovascular Tech
Start Date: 03/30/2026
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: 3x12 Hour Shifts (06:30 AM – 07:00 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
Call Requirement: Yes – approximately one night per week and every third weekend
Work Location: UW Health University Hospital, 600 Highland Ave, Madison, WI 53792

Required Qualifications

Education: Graduate of a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Technologist (CVIS) training program
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Cardiovascular Technologist experience in a Cath Lab
Certifications:
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- RCIS certification preferred (may be required depending on education)
Skills: Hemodynamic monitoring, cath lab procedures, arrhythmia recognition, sterile technique
