Description

LDRP RN – Nights | 13 Week Travel Contract

Shift: Nights – 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
EMR: Cerner (required)

Unit: LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum)

Responsibilities

Provide care across Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum, Nursery, and NICU
Assist with C-sections (responsible for newborn only; no scrubbing required)
Care for adolescent & adult females and neonates
May assist in Pediatrics or Acute Care during low census (not as primary RN)

Unit Details

12 LDRP rooms
3 triage beds
16 nursery beds
3 NICU beds
Level II Nursery
On-unit OR for C-sections
Staffed by OB/GYNs, midwives, and pediatric hospitalists

Required Certifications

BLS
NRP
Basic & Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
STABLE preferred

Additional Info

May be placed on call during low census (must be able to arrive within 1 hour if called in)
Unit follows Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses staffing guidelines
