*Minimum 2 years of recent MS/TELE experience - Required

*Need 1-year acute care exp - Required

*AHA - BLS certification – Required

*NY state license – Required
*Shift - Days / Nights - 7A-7:30PM / 7P-7:30AM - 48 hours per week/4 days in a week

*No locals/60 miles radius rule
