Description

Shift: 9a-5p with occasional evenings; no on-call, weekend or holiday work .
• Certs: AHA BLS, ABR
• License: Active NY state license needed before start
• Any must have experience/skill set: 5 or more years experience. SRS treatment planning.
• Education Requirement: Must have Master’s Degree in Physics or Medical Physics
• Common Duties: SRS treatment planning, IMRT/VMAT QA, TrueBeam monthly QA, and initial and weekly chart checks.
• Equipment: 21iX, TrueBeam, Eclipse, ARIA, ICprofiler, Mapcheck3, ArcCheck, myQA SRS, and Beamscan
 Portable Units: GE Navigate and Philips 7000M Portable
 Operating Room: OEC C-Arm, 21cm, 31cm, 3D, O-Arm, Ziehm
• EMR: EPIC
• Floor Specific Orientation (how much would be provided): Onsite physicist will be available to answer any questions
