3 months to support LOA. Possible extension as needed. Mon-Friday; 8 hr shifts with start time 7am Must have current LVN license in good standing and BLS AHA. Must have strong phone etiquette and customer service skills. Highly preferred: Experience in radiology/perioperative services and scheduling. Screening patients' medical history and performing outpatient medication reconciliation. 

Required Skills & Experience: -1-2 years in an outpatient clinic setting or healthcare related field. -Completion of an approved Vocational Nursing program and licensure. -Basic keyboarding skills. -Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel. -Excellent communication skills; customer focused; excellent attention to detail; able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; strong interpersonal skills; able to work in a team environment. -Proven ability to interface with all customer levels (physician, Organization staff, insurance companies, patient and family members). -Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills. -Demonstrates effective communication, interpersonal skills, organizational ability, knowledge of proper body mechanics, safety measures and infection control, ability to follow instructions, knowledge of age of population served, and additional skills and knowledge of equipment may be required for hire into some patient care departments.
