Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care for laboring mothers, postpartum patients, and newborns.
Monitor maternal and fetal status during labor and delivery.
Assist physicians during vaginal deliveries and obstetric procedures.
Provide postpartum care and newborn assessments.
Educate patients and families on postpartum recovery and newborn care.
Document patient care accurately in Epic EMR.
Respond to obstetric emergencies and initiate life-saving interventions when required.
Float to other units or sister campuses as needed.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of LDRP experience – Required
Degree accreditation must be listed on profile OR candidate must have 5+ years of experience
Floating required – Travelers are first to float

Certifications

BLS (AHA) – Required
ACLS (AHA) – Required
NRP – Required
