Description

📌 Position: MS / Tele RN (Short Stay Unit)

1️⃣ Unit Type

Med-Surg / Telemetry Unit
Mostly short-stay and observation patients

2️⃣ Patient Ratio

1 RN : 6–7 patients
Ratio may change depending on census, call-outs, or staffing

3️⃣ Required Certifications

BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
NIH (NIH Stroke Scale Certification)

4️⃣ Floating Policy

Floating is required when census is low.

5️⃣ Schedule

Facilities follow a 36/48 hour schedule over a 2-week pay period
Typical travel RN structure.

6️⃣ Holiday Policy

Holiday rules apply to all RTO (Requested Time Off)

7️⃣ Orientation

Orientation happens every 2 weeks (bi-weekly)
