**Must have infant ICU/NICU experience****Education**Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program**Experience**1 year of pediatric experience, inpatient required**License/Certification/Registry**-Certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)-State of Arizona Occupational Therapist license (will not wait for traveler to apply, must be in hand)-Current AZ DPS fingerprint clearance card prior to start date-Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association prior to start date
