Description

Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Type: Contract / Travel

Duration - 13 weeks
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday
Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd Weekend

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a professional nurse within the past 3 years in an acute care setting.
Active Illinois RN License required.
BLS Certification required.
Experience in Home Health, IV Therapy, Emergency Room (ER), or Oncology preferred.
Cardiac or Wound Care Certification preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and time management skills.

Additional Information

Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between patient visits.
Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are not eligible.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering treatments, coordinating care, and educating patients and families. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently while managing multiple patient visits.
