Description

Home Health RN – Hermiston, OR | 13-Week Contract

We are hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week Home Health assignment in Hermiston, OR at a modern facility in rural Northeast Oregon.

Schedule: Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Monday–Friday
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week

Weekend Rotation: Shared with 5 clinicians. The week before a scheduled weekend, the RN will have Thursday off, work Saturday & Sunday, and then have the following Friday off.

Responsibilities:
Provide patient care in home settings, assisted living facilities, and adult foster homes, perform assessments, administer treatments, and coordinate care while working independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:
• Active RN License
• 3+ years of nursing experience
• Home Health experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• Must have a personal automobile for patient visits
