💰 Pay Package (40 hrs/week):
• $65/hr Taxable
• $1,008/week Lodging (Non-Taxed)
• $602/week Meals & Incidentals (Non-Taxed)

🔹 Position Overview:
The Nurse Manager will oversee the Endoscopy Unit and Interventional Radiology, holding 24-hour responsibility for operations, staff leadership, and patient care quality. The role includes planning, directing, and evaluating patient care while ensuring nursing standards and hospital protocols are maintained.
You’ll manage and support a team that includes:
• Registered Nurses
• Certified Nurse Assistants
• Patient Care Assistants
• Unit Secretaries

• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience within the specialty
• 3–5 years of supervisory/management experience preferred
• Active Massachusetts RN License
• Strong Assistant Manager candidates may be considered with approval
