Description

*MOSTLY REMOTE with occasional in-person home visits.

* Must be located in the Seattle, WA area. 

Pay: 

  • Hourly: $65.00/hr 

Hours: 20hrs/wk

  • Shift: Variable Days/Eves, Rotating Weekend Call
    • Mondays: 8hrs / Fridays: 8hrs
      • *Monday or Friday, 6am start and the opposite day, you'll work a 12pm start
    • Tu/We/Th: 5 hours - you pick which day to work!
  • Clinic Hours: 6am-8pm

Required: 

  • Family Practice Exp
  • WA RN or Compact license (NURSYS)
  • WA NP license
  • NPI number
  • DEA registration – Clinician will have to provide their DEA registration number
