Description

LPN - LONG TERM CARE

CareerNation is looking for a dynamic LPN with long term, LTAC, or skilled Nursing experience to join our team for a 13 week contract. This is an excellent opportunity to show off your skills while enjoying travelling. Work three 12 hour shifts and have 4 days every week to relax and have fun making new adventures exploring New York. If you are ready for something fun, exciting and different; then apply today!

Large long term care facility, hospital affiliated.

Common patient diagnosis: Dementia, Chronic Diseases, Diabetes

REQUIREMENTS: 100 mile radius rule 2 years experience LPN LTAC, LTC, or SNF NY license required BLS (AHA) required EMR: Point Click Background check Drug screen Skills checklist: Long Term Care LPN TB Test: Quantiferon required if you do not have 2 ppd completed in the past 12 months
